At our shop, everything we create is made with care, and we want you to feel just as good about your order as we do. If something arrives and it’s not quite what you expected, we’re here to make it right.
Replacements (No Refunds)
Because each order is prepared with intention, we don’t offer refunds. However, if there’s an issue that turns out to be a supplier mistake—like a defect or the wrong item—we’re more than happy to send a replacement or issue store credit.

We’ll take a look and confirm whether the issue was on the supplier’s end.

To keep things running smoothly, we do ask that the original item be returned before we send a replacement.

Once we receive the item and give it a quick check, we’ll get your replacement on its way with care.
