We pack every order with love and hustle. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or other unpredictable adventures your package may encounter on its journey. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands—but we’re always cheering it on.
3. Custom Orders
Custom pieces are where the magic happens. Because these items are made just for you:
- All custom orders are final sale
- No refunds or cancellations once production begins
- We’ll send replacements only if there’s a confirmed supplier error
- Slight variations in color, placement, or finish are normal and part of the charm
We pour extra love into custom work, and we want you to adore the final result.
4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
We want you to feel great about your purchase.
- We do not offer refunds
- If something arrives damaged or incorrect due to a supplier mistake, we’re happy to send a replacement
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Replacements are issued once the original item is returned and inspected
- Issues must be reported within X days of delivery

5. Lost Packages
We know how frustrating it is when a package decides to go on an unexpected adventure.
- Once your order is handed off to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility
- If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your household, or your local post office
- We’re happy to help guide you through filing a claim with the carrier
- Replacements for lost packages are not guaranteed, but we’ll always do our best to support you
