Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with us! We’re so excited to send a little happy mail your way. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order travels from our hands to yours.


Processing Time

Every order is made with care, and we take a moment to make sure everything looks just right before it ships.

  • Standard processing time is 2–4 business days

  • Preorder  may take a bit longer (magic takes time!)

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little extra time — but we promise it’s worth the wait.


Shipping Time

Once your order is packed up and ready to go, it heads off on its adventure.

  • Shipping time depends on your location and the carrier

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed

  • Once your package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our control

We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your order ships so you can follow along.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We always aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping details before placing your order. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating it is when a package goes missing.

  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office

  • We’re happy to help guide you through filing a claim with the carrier

  • We cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to support you


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged due to a supplier error, we’ll gladly send a replacement. Please contact us within X days with photos so we can help quickly.
